1 Introduction
Welcome to gpery. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gpery online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available through our website at gpery.com and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account with gpery, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If there is any part you disagree with or do not understand, please do not complete registration. You're welcome to contact our support team at support@gpery.com before registering — we're happy to answer questions in plain English, Tagalog, or Cebuano.
These Terms apply to all users of the gpery Platform, including players located in the Philippines and any other jurisdictions in which gpery is permitted to operate. Philippine law governs these Terms, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts unless otherwise required by applicable gaming regulations.
Plain English summary: Registering at gpery means you agree to these rules. Read them. If anything's unclear, message our support team before you sign up. We won't use confusing language as a gotcha later.
2 Account Eligibility
To open and maintain an account with gpery, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. gpery strictly prohibits underage gambling. Anyone found to be under 21 will have their account closed immediately and any remaining balance returned to the payment source used for deposit.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your responsibility to confirm that using gpery does not violate the laws of the jurisdiction where you are located at the time of play.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a gpery employee or contractor, unless gpery has provided written approval.
- You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion on the gpery Platform or any related platform under the same licensing umbrella.
gpery actively enforces age verification. We may request a government-issued ID at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the required timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
3 Registration and Identity Verification
When registering at gpery, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)
gpery is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and when activity triggers review thresholds set by our compliance program. KYC documents accepted by gpery include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, or VORP), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.
Documents should be submitted through the secure upload section of your gpery account. Our compliance team typically reviews and processes KYC submissions within one to three business days. Accounts with pending KYC may continue to play but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account with gpery. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are prohibited. If a duplicate account is discovered, gpery reserves the right to close the additional account(s), consolidate or forfeit balances at its discretion, and void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts.
4 Account Responsibility
Your gpery account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. gpery strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication to protect your account.
You must not share your account credentials with any other person. If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify gpery immediately at support@gpery.com. gpery will investigate and take appropriate security measures, but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred due to unauthorised access that results from a player's failure to secure their credentials.
Kabayan reminder: Never share your gpery password — not with friends, not with family, not with anyone claiming to be a gpery representative. Our team will never ask for your password in a support interaction.
5 Deposits
gpery accepts deposits via the following Philippine-local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers from BDO, BPI, and UnionBank, as well as Visa and Mastercard. All deposits are processed and credited to your gpery wallet in Philippine Pesos (₱).
- Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
- Maximum deposit: Limits vary by payment method and account tier. Your current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard.
- Processing time: E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are credited instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay are credited within one hour. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day.
- No deposit fees: gpery does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside gpery's control.
- Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. gpery does not accept deposits from third parties on a player's behalf.
6 Withdrawals
Verified gpery accounts may request withdrawals at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method.
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
- Processing time: Standard withdrawals for verified accounts are processed same-day during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business day.
- Withdrawal holds: Withdrawals may be temporarily held pending KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements, or compliance review. gpery will notify the player of any hold and its expected duration.
- Wagering requirement check: Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met in full. See Section 7 for details.
gpery may request additional documentation for withdrawal amounts that exceed standard thresholds as part of our anti-money laundering obligations. This is standard compliance procedure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing.
7 Bonuses and Promotions
gpery offers various bonus promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all gpery bonuses unless otherwise stated.
7.1 Wagering Requirements
Most gpery bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) that must be met before associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means ₱10,000 in total bets must be placed using the bonus balance before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, including poker, may contribute a lower percentage or not at all on specific offers. The eligible games and contribution rates for each promotion are listed in that promotion's individual terms.
7.2 Bonus Abuse
gpery reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, through the use of multiple accounts, or through betting patterns designed to exploit a promotion rather than play in good faith. Low-risk wagering strategies intended to systematically clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure (such as arbitrage or matched betting) may constitute bonus abuse at gpery's discretion.
7.3 Bonus Expiry
All gpery bonuses have an expiry period communicated at the time of the offer. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account without notice. Bonus expiry periods cannot be extended except at gpery's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
8 Gameplay Rules
All games available on the gpery Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible via the information panel within each game. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to that game's operation.
gpery uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all slot games, fishing games, and virtual games. The RNG is tested and certified by an independent third-party auditor to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and consistent with the published Return to Player (RTP) rates. Live dealer and poker games are governed by their own specific rule sets which are available within those game lobbies.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, communication failures, or software faults — all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. gpery does not honour payouts resulting from obvious software errors or game malfunctions, regardless of what the game display shows.
9 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
gpery maintains a strict fair play environment. The following conduct is prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances at gpery's discretion:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any gpery game or feature.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such errors must be reported to gpery support immediately.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in multiplayer poker games.
- Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of pre-arranged outcome manipulation.
- Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means to circumvent gpery's geographic access controls or payment restrictions.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using gpery's platform to process funds of unlawful origin.
gpery actively monitors gameplay data, transaction patterns, and account behaviour. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending review. gpery will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in cases of suspected criminal conduct.
10 Responsible Gaming
gpery takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account settings section of the Platform:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further play is restricted for the remainder of the period.
- Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session with optional reality check notifications at specified intervals.
- Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all gpery services. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires.
Players who contact gpery's support team regarding problem gambling concerns will be treated with respect and directed to the gpery Responsible Gaming page, which includes links to professional support resources available in the Philippines. gpery staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and to respond appropriately.

11 Privacy and Data
gpery collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at gpery.com/privacy-policy.
By registering with gpery, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and — where you have given separate consent — marketing communications. gpery does not sell player data to third parties.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gpery's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gpery is not liable for losses arising from: a player's failure to follow game rules or these Terms; system outages or technical failures outside gpery's reasonable control; third-party payment processing delays or errors; a player's decision to continue gambling despite losses; or the actions of other players on shared game tables.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes gpery's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13 Disputes and Complaints
If you have a complaint about gpery's services, we ask that you contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or at support@gpery.com. Please include your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant dates or transaction reference numbers.
gpery aims to resolve all complaints within five business days of receipt. Complex cases involving game outcome disputes or payment discrepancies may require up to fifteen business days and may involve review of server logs and transaction records. You will be kept informed of the status of your complaint throughout the process.
If you are unsatisfied with gpery's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose license gpery operates. Details of the applicable licensing authority and escalation procedure are available from our support team upon request.
14 Changes to These Terms
gpery reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or by our licensing authority.
Continued use of the gpery Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using gpery and contact our support team to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.
